TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 115 OF 2010 By (1) Chepkemoi Koech and (2) Cosmas Kipkorir Lagat, both of P.O. Box 346, Nandi Hills South District in Kenya, through Messrs. Chemwok & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kiplagat Koech, late of Kaplelmet Sub-location, Nandi South District, who died on 8th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. 281 OF 2011 By (1) Susan Chepkemboi Chumo and (2) Mike Kipchumba Kutto, both of P.O. Box 6892–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Malakwen Kutto, who died on 22nd July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
