REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gidion Komoning Kitur, of P.O. Box 561, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kapkangani/298, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Kapsabet, in succession cause No. 115 of 2007, has issued a letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Josephat Kiptoo Kitur and whereas land certificate issued on 23rd November, 1983 to Gidion Kimoning Kitur has not been surrendered to the land registrar, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of the succession document in favour of Josephat Kiptoo Kitur, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to Gidion Komoning Kitur, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
