NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of the undermentioned motor vehicles and chassis— 30th September, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE KAR 976E Mercedes Benz 200 KVR 444 Mercedes Benz 123 KYM 260 Mercedes Benz 190E KAC 230S Mercedes Benz 200 KAH 070G BMW 318i KYB 138 Mercedes Benz 123 KAH 978W Mitsubish Pajero KYV 565 Renault Mercedes Benz 123 chassis No. WDB 12322020119816 which are currently lying at the premises of Messrs. Sakim Garage, off Mombasa Road, behind Allimex Plaza, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicles and chassis are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty by Whitestone Auctioneers Limited, Chepkorio, off Lusaka Road, P.O.
