GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12053

WHEREAS Michael Gakumo alias Gakumo Thuku ―B‖ (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Chania/Kairi/T. 98, containing 0.30 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Thika, in succession cause No. 1284 of 2010, has issued grant letters of administration to (1) Gladys Nyakio Njuguna (2) John Mungai Njuguna and (3) Samuel Thuku Njuguna, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Michael Gakumo alias Gakumo Thuku ―B‖ (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Gakumo alias Gakumo Thuku ―B‖ (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
