THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Clara Clementine Baingaru and (2) Ephantus Mwenda Baingaru, administrators of the estate of Patrick Baingaru Kiambata, both of P.O. Box 55507, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors lessees of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12715/1381, situate in the north-west of Mavoko Municipality, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 78878/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
