NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd October, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 570, in Volume DI, Folio 90/1766, File No. MMXI, by our client, Francis Junghae Mungai I, of P.O. Box 381- 00502, Karen in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Francis Njoroge Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Francis Njoroge Mungai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Francis Junghae Mungai I, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Francis Junghae Mungai I only.
