NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd October, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3290, in Volume DI, Folio 276/4161, File No. MMX, by our client, Peter Kirika Mwangi, of P.O. Box 381-00502, Karen in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kirika Ndungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kirika Ndungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Kirika Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Kirika Mwangi only.
