Box 943, Murang‘a in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jackson Njambuya Thuo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Jackson Njambuya Thuo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Macharia Nyingi, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Macharia Nyingi only.
