WHEREAS John Ndungu Kahare, of P.O. Box 494–01001, Kalimoni in the Republic of Kenya had sworn an affidavit on 10th May, 2011, giving/donating land parcel No. 100887/77/3 to one Esther Wangari Komo as a gift. And whereas John Ndungu Kahare has since then had a change of mind and heart and is desirous of revoking the said affidavit. Now let all, take notice that the said John Ndungu Kahare has revoked his affidavit sworn on 19th May, 2011, from now henceforth and that the aforementioned land parcel No. 100887/77/3 has reverted back to him forthwith.
