IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Rating Act, the County Council of Meru South has, with the approval of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government approved the increment of rates on the following gazetted forests from KSh. 10 per acre with effect from 5th October, 2010.
