NOTICE OF INTENTION

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PLAN NOTICE is given that the Director of Physical Planning In Collaboration with the Town Council of Molo and other stakeholders intend to prepare the Molo Local Physical Development Plan. The plan will cover all that area of land in Molo Centre and the surrounding areas. The total area is approximately 12km . The purpose of the plan is to reorganize the town and guide subdivision, use and density of development. To this end stakeholder meeting will be organized to collect views on the plan. In view of the above residents, and developers in general are given a 30 days notice from the date of this publication, to finalize and document ongoing developments (i.e. subdivision, building plans, extensions of users/changes of user etc) approvals with relevant authorities. This will enable the planning team prepare and compare a comprehensive inventory and base map of the area. Further notice is given for other interested groups and or organizations to express interest in writing to the address below to enable the District Physical Planning Office and the Town Council of Molo prepare a comprehensive list of stakeholders.
