Manani, Lilan & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Arudo Opul, who died at Bar Osimbo, on 26th March, 2009. Box 3875, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimibei Kiptarus alias Barnaba Kimibei Kiptarus, late of Kimumu, who died on 2nd February, 2000. Box 10, Moi University in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Koech Maritim alias Joseph Koech Maritim, who died at Kesses Sub-location, on 3rd April, 2005.
