REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ritho Mahira (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Dagoretti/Kangemi/5, containing 8.3 hectares or thereabout, situate in the city of Nairobi, and whereas the public trustee has been administering the estate of the deceased, and whereas the said certificate of lease issued to the said Ritho Mahira (deceased) has been reported missing, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of RL. 19 and RL. 7 and issue a new certificate of lease to the beneficiaries thereof, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the Ritho Mahira (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
