THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

UNDER THE OPERATION OF THE ACT WHEREAS (1) Yuzuru Saito and (2) Anastasia Wangari Saito, both of P.O. Box 42053, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.705 acre or thereabouts, known as L. R. No. 1/288, situate city of Nairobi (Upper Hill Estate), being the premises comprised in the Conveyance dated the 5th July, 1951, Vol. N. 7 Folio 346/1 and whereas they are desirous of bringing the said land under the Registration of Titles Act, notice is hereby given that at the expiry of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof I shall bring the land under the operation of this Act.
