Box 14580, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomy Sambai Sagasi, late of Nandi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2009. Box 42164–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gikonyo Njehia, who died on 6th September, 2009. Box 237, Kapsowar in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and aunt, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kiplagat Chemweno, who died on 2nd September, 2008. CAUSE NO. 198 OF 2011 By (1) Angelina Khayesi Masheti and (2) Ceciliah Khabeisa, both of P.O. Box 2754, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masheti Shanganga, late of Twiga Farm, who died at Twiga Farm Toloita, on 5th May, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
