IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 (1) (e) of the National Museums and Heritage Act, the Minister of State for National Heritage and Culture, in consultation with the National Museums of Kenya declares the buildings specified in the schedule which he considers to be of historical interest, to be monuments within the meaning of the Act. SCHEDULE OLD ITALIAN CHURCH IN NDARUGU All that building known as the Italian Church and the surrounding area measuring approximately 20 feet by 40 feet and geographical measurements of 01°05.258S, 037°02.428E, situated in Ndarugu Sub- location, Kalimoni-Juja Location, Juja Division in Thika District, Central Province. ITALIAN PRISONERS OF WAR PILLAR All that building known as the Italian Prisoners of War Pillar and surrounding area measuring approximately 3 feet by 3 feet and geographical measurements of 01°05.459S, 037°02.588E, situated in Ndarugu Sub-location, Kalimoni-Juja Location, Juja Division in Thika District, Central Province. ITALIAN PRISONERS OF WAR BRICK MANUFACTURING PLANT All that building known as the Italian Prisoners of War Brick Manufacturing Plant and geographical measurements of 01°02.422S, 037°04.370E, situated in Thika Municipality, Thika Town, Central Province.
