NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th March, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, in Volume DI, Folio 143/3298, File No. MMXI, by our client, John Jazan Ng‘ang‘a Mbugua, of P.O. Box 460, Ol Kalou in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as John Ng‘ang‘a Mbugua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Ng‘ang‘a Mbugua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John Jazan Ng‘ang‘a Mbugua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name John Jazan Ng‘ang‘a Mbugua only.
