NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th July, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 824, in Volume DI, Folio 161/3250, File No. MMXI, by our client, Vandan Bharatkumar Patel, of P.O. Box 42934–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Vicky Bharatkumar Patel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Vicky Bharatkumar Patel, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Vandan Bharatkumar Patel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Vandan Bharatkumar Patel only.
