NOTICE is given that the under the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Tin Can Manufacturers Limited that several empty tin cans which have been lying at the premises of Premier Food Industries Limited, Baba Dogo Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, if the aforesaid tin cans are not collected at the expiry of the notice mentioned above the same shall be disposed of without any further notice thereof.
