TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2011 By Peter Ipapo, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Onyeiti Ilima, late of Teso, who died on 1st December, 2003. CAUSE NO. 93 OF 2010 By Samuel Nduati Ngugi, of P.O. Box 9644, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Manani, Lilan & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamboi Mbagi, who died at Koiluget, on 1st March, 1990. CAUSE NO. 229 OF 2010 By (1) George Mburu Murua and (2) Simon Ndugire Muriha, both of P.O. Box 2066, Kipkabus in Kenya, through Messrs. Manani, Lilan & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nguhi Murua, who died at Elgon View Hospital in Kenya, on 10th August, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
