THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Finike Kaisha Gogomoka, of P.O. Box 56029, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0315 hectares or thereabouts, known as 1933/III/MN, situate north of Mtwapa Creek in the Kilifi district, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 24458, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
