REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kiplimo Koech (ID/12442548), of P.O. Box 381, Serem in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kapkures/152, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Kapsabet in LDT No. 12 of 2011, has issued a decree, and whereas all efforts made to have the land title deed surrendered to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to Alice Jemeli, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kiplimo Koech, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
