GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13537

WHEREAS Henry Nzeki Musau, of P.O. Box 1257, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Trans-Nzoia/Sinyerere/229, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Kitale in civil suit No. 416 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Ruth Natsi Mamuti (ID/6311957), of P.O. Box 596, Kitale, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Ruth Natsi Mamuti, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land certificate issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land certificate to the said Ruth Natsi Mamuti, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Henry Nzeki Musau, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
