IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (a) of the Pest Control Products, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in- Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— FAITH RUGURU MUTWIRI to be Chairman of the Pest Control Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 31st October, 2011.
