NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th April, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2298, in Volume DI, Folio 146/3331, File No. MMXI, by our client, Elijah Muchina Kiarie, of P.O. Box 101508– 00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elija Muchiri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Elija Muchiri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elijah Muchina Kiarie, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Elijah Muchina Kiarie only.
