NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th August, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1376, in Volume DI, Folio 184/4224, File No. MMXI, by my client, Olivia Owoko Rachier, of P.O. Box 5638– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Olivia Aluoch Owoko, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Olivia Aluoch Owoko, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Olivia Owoko Rachier, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Olivia Owoko Rachier only.
