Box 4587, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Kipkirui Kirwa, late of Nandi, who died at Karen Estate, on 12th December, 2009. Box 2200, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wesley Kiptala Rutto, late of Kamagut, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 10th July, 2011.
