REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyaga Ngaithia (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.85 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, known as Kagaari/Kanja/309, and whereas the High Court of Kenya, in succession cause No. 105 of 2010, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Elisheba Cheria George, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Elisheba Cheria George, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Nyaga Ngaithia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
