REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mungai Gitundu (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.071, 0.071 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Dagoretti/Mutuini/942, and 943, and whereas the chief magistrate court at Kiambu, in succession cause No. 355 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Irene Wanjiku Wambui and (2) Hannah Wairimu Mwaura, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Mungai Gitundu (deceased), has been lost, notice is given that at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Mungai Gitundu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
