THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wandui Ngururi (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.1 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, known as Chania/Kairi/450, and whereas the chief magistrates court at Thika, in succession cause No. 504 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Samuel Mugo Wandui and (2) Martha Mumbi Kungu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Wandui Ngururi (deceased), has been lost, notice is given that at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Wandui Ngururi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
