GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13177

WHEREAS James Gichovi Kamau, of Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as No. Ngandori/Kiriari/3911, containing 0.80 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s THE KENYA GAZETTE 21st October, 2011 4072 4072 court at Embu, in civil suit No. 20 of 2003, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Nyaga Mutura, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land certificate issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Nyaga Mutura, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Gichovi Kamau, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
