WHEREAS John Kirui Muthiora, of P.O. Box 172–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Riruta/3852, 3855, 3856, 3857 and 3858, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificates of lease issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificates of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
