IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (1) of the Ewaso Ngiro North Development Authority Act, the Minister for Regional Development Authorities appoints— RASHID KASSIM AMIN to be the Managing Director of the Ewaso Ngiro North Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 18th October, 2011.
