Box 165, Ekalakala in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukiti Mwendandu, late of Kikule Sub-location, who died at Kikule Sub-location, on 12th February, 2001. CAUSE NO. 767 OF 2011 By Charles Kilonzo Mulela, of P.O. Box 910, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Mulela Nzeli alias Mulela Ndambuki Mumamia, late of Kasinga Location, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2001. CAUSE NO. 775 OF 2011 By (1) Lesa Muluki Kilonzo and (2) David Kithuka Kilonzo, both of P.O. Box 58, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Kilonzo Mbio, late of Kathiani, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
