WHEREAS (1) Bhupendra Somchand Shah and (2) Nilesh Kumar Harakchand shah, both of P.O. Box 32112, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. 7752/159 situate in the City of Nairobi, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 46425/1 and whereas register of titles (deed file) thereof is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days from the date hereof, I intend to reconstruct the register of titles (deed file) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
