NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st December, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 343, in Volume DI, Folio 124/3050, File No. MMXI, by our client, Jackson Ng‘ang‘a Stack, formerly known as Jackson Ng‘ang‘a Wanyoike, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jackson Ng‘ang‘a Wanyoike, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jackson Ng‘ang‘a Stack, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jackson Ng‘ang‘a Stack only.
