NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th January, 1999, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 92, in Volume DI, Folio 791/43, File No. DXXVIII, by our client, Alice Kamene Mutisya, of P.O. Box 177, Tala in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Serah Kalekye Mua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Serah Kalekye Mua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alice Kamene Mutisya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Alice Kamene Mutisya only.
