APPROVAL

NOTICE is given to all property owners in the City Council of Nairobi jurisdiction and in particular rates defaulters, that the Council with the approval of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government is giving a partial waiver of interest on rates with effect from 19th August to 19th November, 2011 with the following conditions: (a) Payments from 19th August, to 18th September, 2011 will get 75% of the interest waived. (b) Payments from 19th September, to 18th October, 2011 will get 50% of the interest waived. (c) Payments from 19th October, to 19th November, 2011 will get 25% of the interest waived.
