NOTICE is given that at an extra ordinary meeting of Xantic Solutions Limited, held at the registered offices of the company on 29th July, 2011, members, by special resolution, resolved to wind-up the company voluntarily and to appoint Richard Omwela, of P.O. Box 30333–00100, Nairobi, as a liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up. Notice is further given that the creditors of the company are required to send their names and addresses with full particulars of their debts and claims against the company to the liquidator and proof of their debts or claims on or before 29th September, 2011.
