APPROVAL

UNDER the powers granted to the Water Services Regulatory Board by section 55 (2) of the Water Act, 2002, it is notified that the Water Services Regulatory Board approved a five year service provision agreement between Lake Victoria North Water Services Board and Nzoia Water Sevices Company. Nzoia Water Services Company shall provide water and sewerage services as an agent of Lake Victoria North Water Services Board to the public in the Municipality of Kitale and adjacent areas, Bungoma Municipality and adjacent areas, Webuye Municipality and the adjacent areas and Kimilili and adjacent areas for a period of five years until 24th February, 2016.
