TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 348 OF 2010 By (1) Peter Munyao Kyulu and (2) Patrick Musyoka Munyao, both of P.O. Box 287, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyao Kyulu Mwatu, late of Mung‘ala Location, who died at Mung‘ala, on 3rd May, 2006. CAUSE NO. 490 OF 2011 By (1) Joseph Wambua Mbuvi and (2) Timothy Mutua Mbuvi, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Mbuvi, late of Kangundo, who died there on 14th February, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
