TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2010 By Esther Mwelu Kioko, of P.O. Box 195, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kimusyu Mutiso, late of Kaliluni, who died at Kaliluni, on 30th November, 1989. CAUSE NO. 492 OF 2011 By Peter Muange Ngungah, of P.O. Box 276, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased‘s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kinyanzwii Ngunga, late of Mutembuku, Makueni, who died there on 1st October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
