GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9931

WHEREAS Rosaline Jerono, of P.O. Box 488, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kamobo/177, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the principal magistrate‘s court at Kapsabet, in civil case No. 277 of 2001, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Michael K. Sitienei, of P.O. Box 488, Kapsabet, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court cancelled and nullified the title deed issued earlier to Rosaline Jerono, and whereas has made efforts compelling the proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that at the the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a title deed to the said Michael K. Sitienei and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Roseline Jerono, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 19th August, 2011. S.
