WHEREAS Francis Kombe Nzai, of P.O. Box 82889, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered owner in freehold interest of that piece of land, known as MN/III/3715, situate within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 36444/1 of 0.0392 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
