TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2011 By Margaret Aol Ochola, of P.O. Box 125, Maseno in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Otieno Alila, late of West Kolunje Sub-location, who died on 3rd June, 2010. CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2011 By Pamela Atieno Okune, of P.O. Box 95, Paw Akuche in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Obila Odianga, (2) Ojil Otambo and (3) Oduya Odinga, respectively, late of Kit Mikayi Sub-location, who died on 29th June, 1956, 25th July, 1974 and 19th April, 1964, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
