TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 238 OF 2010 By Peter Muriungi Mwamba, of P.O. Box 647, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, through Messrs. Kiogora Arithi & Associates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburugu Kithira, late of Igane Location, who died there in 1974. CAUSE NO. 278 OF 2011 By (1) Margaret Kagendo M’Bita and (2) John M’Anampiu M’Ndiria, both of P.O. Box 196, Mitunguu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiria Njara alias M’Ndiria M’Njara, late of Makandune who died there on 17th September, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
