WHEREAS Teresia Njeri Mwangi, of P.O. Box 13226, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, being personal representative of Sammwel Mwangi Kabui (deceased), owner of the land parcel No. Loc.13/Karunge/1193, containing 1.4 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
