IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 (d) of the Political Parties Act, 2007, notice is given that Orange Democratic Movement Party Kenya (ODM-K) intends to change or amend its party emblem to: AN UMBRELLA WITH WIPER And to change or amend its Party Colours to: EARTH RED, WHITE AND SKY BLUE All interested parties can make enquiries at the Registrar’s Offices, Anniversary Towers, University Way, 21st Floor from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Dated the 6th September, 2011.
