NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Volkswagen Beetle chassis No. 131297096, engine No. AD 160830 and Toyota Swift, reg. No. KAG 386P to collect the said motor vehicles from Sonic Auto Service Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, on payment of the costs of publishing this notice, failing which the said goods will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against any accrued charges and the balance, if any, shall be at the owners credit but should there be a shorfall, the owner shall be liable thereto.
