REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis Kamau Nganga alias Kamau Nganga and (2) Kiarie Munyongori, both (deceased), are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as Githunguri/Riuki/T. 121, containing 0.096 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Githunguri, in succession cause No. 12 of 2010, has issued grant letters of administration to George Mwaura Kamau, and whereas land title deed issued earlier to (1) Francis Kamau Nganga alias Kamau Nganga and (2) Kiarie Munyongori, both (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Kamau Nganga and (2) Kiarie Munyongori, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
